Salon Policies

1. In order to provide a relaxing atmosphere for our clientele and most importantly, the safety of your child, children under 12 are allowed with scheduled appointments only.

3. A 24 hour notice is required prior to canceling an appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given and the appointment is not filled, a $25 charge per appointment will apply. Although we will do our best to complete your service, late shows more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment are subject to reschedule and full charge of the appointment.

4. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 7 days, and the redo service must be completed by the original stylist within that time in order for the redo service to be complimentary. No refunds will be given for services completed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not accept returns on makeup products. Refunds will not be given on returned hair products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of your purchased product, please contact your stylist.

5. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.

6. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen articles in the salon. Please keep them on your person at all times. We will not be held responsible for damage to clothing or jewelry during services. We strongly recommend that you change into the smocks provided to you in the dressing room and remove all jewelry prior to your service.

I agree to the above policies and procedures. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify my stylist of any illnesses, allergies, medications taken or medical conditions, including pregnancy, I may have and will not hold Bang Salon, Inc. liable for any allergic reactions or illnesses I may receive from the service performed.
