RODGER

Rodger is owner and master stylist of Bang Salon. He has an innate talent to cut and style hair. He is famous for giving hair a fresh new look with each unique haircut, and is usually booked several weeks out.

Garcia is in demand because he regularly follows fashion trends, and know what styles are in. Garcia continually enhances his skills by attending instructional hair seminars across the country and Europe.

Throughout his travels, he continually searches for inspiration to further master his work.

AMY

After attending college and studying Business and Administration in New York, Amy decided that her true passion was in the beauty industry.

She obtained her cosmetology degree and moved to Denver to start her career at Bang Salon. After completing the Master's Program at Bang Salon, Amy was able to quickly build up her clientele.

Amy is an "old soul" who has a great appreciation for all things beautiful; therefore she loves having the ability to combine her artistry and talents to make her guests feel amazing!

Because of her advanced training in Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy, Wella Color, Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments and extensions, she is able offer a wide variety of services to her guests. Her favorite techniques include free form hair painting or balayage and classic styling.

In her spare time, Amy loves to attend estate sales, antique malls and thrift stores searching for beautiful items to decorate her vintage apartment.

BROOK

Brook is a recent graduate of the Bang Salon Advanced Training Program, however, she has been in the industry for over four years. Although she loves all aspects of hair, Brook especially enjoys doing color.

Even as a new stylist, she has managed to include multiple advanced education classes into her schedule, such as Wella color, Bumble and Bumble cutting and Oribe styling classes.

Brook describes herself as kind of "quirky" but very laid back and easy to talk to. Even though it doesn't take much to inspire a new stylist, Brook spends a lot of time following fashion blogs, magazines and pop culture. Her co-workers, friends and clients also inspire her.

When not working, Brook loves trying new restaurants, cooking, reading, music and fashion. If you are looking for a great new stylist who is sure to leave you feeling beautiful, Brook is your stylist!

CANDICE

Although a Colorado native, Candice began her career as a hairstylist in Chicago. Upon moving back to Denver, she obtained a position at Bang Salon. After completing the Master's Program at Bang, she quickly became one of the top new talents in the salon.

In order to sharpen her skills, Candice has taken numerous Vidal Sassoon, Wella and Bumble and Bumble courses. She has also received advanced training in the balayage color technique and hair painting, which she especially enjoys incorporating into her guest's color services.

Candice also has a true talent for styling and fun, special occasion hair. If you are looking for a stylist with a big, beautiful smile and a warm and pleasant personality, Candice is the perfect choice!

In her time away from the salon, Candice enjoys many outdoor activities in Colorado as well as reading, cooking and spending time with her family, friends and her dog Patrick!

CARLY

After attending the Aveda Institute in Denver, Carly came to Bang Salon seeking a place to further her career and receive advanced training. She has since completed the Master's Program at Bang Salon, and has quickly begun to build up her clientele and thrive as a full time stylist.

Carly strongly believes in continually striving to be the best and has attended advanced courses in Vidal Sassoon, Tony & Guy and the Men's Department. Because of her passion for hair, Carly puts 100% of her efforts into creating the complete look for every guest in her chair.

Although she enjoys all aspects of hair, she especially loves creating updo's for special occasions and color services.

Carly is a true Colorado native and enthusiast of all Colorado has to offer. On her days off she enjoys snowboarding, sports, hiking, camping and music.

CATHERINE

Although a recent graduate of our Advanced Training Program, Catherine is no stranger to hair. It is something she has been passionate about her entire life and often participates in fashion photo and video shoots.

As she builds her clientele at Bang Salon, she gets her inspiration from her favorite designers such as Alexander McQueen and Marc Jacobs. She is also inspired by urban culture, hip-hop music as well as snowboarding.

Catherine loves the instant gratification that comes from cutting hair and really enjoys working with her clients to emphasize their positive features. Catherine is a multi-talented hairstylist and is the perfect fit for clients looking for a great cut or color at a lower price point.

Due to her diverse interests, she is always willing to carry on conversations about multiple outdoor activities, sewing, reading, yoga, boxing, cooking and even the Nuggets and the NBA.

DANI

With almost 10 years as a hairstylist, Dani has certainly earned her keep at Bang Salon. Dani works hard to take care of her full book of clientele and makes it very clear that she loves what she does.

Even with her busy schedule, she still manages to keep up on the latest trends and styles by attending multiple advanced education classes, such as Vidal Sassoon in Los Angeles and Chicago, Bumble and Bumble in NYC and American Crew.

Of course with her outgoing personality, the favorite part of Dani's job is interacting with her clients and co-workers.

Dani enjoys and is inspired by the more easy-going, Bohemian styles as well as her multiple activities outside of the salon. As a Colorado native, she enjoys hiking, biking, camping and music, but mostly loves hanging out with her friends.

ELIZABETH

Elizabeth came to Bang Salon with extensive experience in the beauty industry, including modeling, photography, make up and salon ownership in Chicago.

A native of Saskatchewan, Canada, Elizabeth loves living in Colorado and working with the warm-hearted people who remind her of home. With numerous training courses under her belt, the latest being an Advanced Vidal Sassoon course in LA, Elizabeth's main goal is to help her guests realize their own unique beauty and then enhance it through her artistic talent.

Because of her background in make-up and photography, she understands the importance of color choices in regards to skin tone and hair color.

While not at the salon, Elizabeth loves to explore fashion photography, play classical piano, read and hang out with her husband.

JOANNE

After working for many years in a notable salon in Seattle, Joanne came to Denver in 2008 seeking a new adventure.

Since then, she has worked her way into our hearts and the hearts of her clients. She is currently a stylist at our Wash Park location as well as the general manager.

Joanne is trained in the French technique in cutting and coloring and has attended many advanced training courses in cutting, coloring and management.

Old movies, music, traveling and her clients inspire Joanne everyday. Clients love Joanne because she genuinely cares about them and listens to all of their concerns with an open mind.

When she isn't working at the salon, Joanne loves running, painting, dancing, cooking, thrift store shopping and sewing.

KRISTEN

Kristen began her career at Bang Salon as an assistant in 2003. Since that time, she has worked her way up to a very notable stylist in our salon and an educator for our Advanced Training Program.

Although Kristen is well versed in all aspects of hair, Kristen loves taking care of blondes and transforming clients through hair color. She also loves cutting curly hair and has had advanced education through Bumble and Bumble in NYC for razor cutting and color.

Kristen is also certified in Great Length hair extensions and is our hair extension specialist in the salon. Kristen describes herself as easy-going, down to earth and compassionate.

Kristen loves to be silly and have a good time with her clients (and her co-workers!). As a Colorado native, Kristen loves running, skiing, hiking, laughing and singing and most of all music.

KRISTY

After completing our Advanced Training Program three years ago, Kristy has quickly worked her way up as a stylist in our salon. She is one of the most naturally talented hairstylists we have seen come through our doors.

With a very sweet and sometimes serious personality, Kristy can also have a wild side that sparks her creativity when doing hair. She enjoys creating looks that compliment her client's personalities. Continuous education is paramount to Kristy. With the completion of Vidal Sassoon's ABC cutting and coloring class in LA 2010 and Oribe's workshop in Vegas 2011, Kristy is looking forward to future classes and seminars.

Kristy is also a significant part of our Artistic Team, inspiring her co-workers with her natural, creative talents. We are very excited to announce her as the newest member to our Educational Team!

With a background and education in photography, Kristy enjoys spending much of her spare time getting inspired through art, music, and fashion, as well as enjoying nature, riding her bike and hanging out with her Grandad.

MARK

Mark began his career with Bang Salon in June of 2011, but he's no stranger to the hair industry. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Mark obtained his cosmetology license in Utah before moving to Las Vegas in 2006, where he traveled and trained with Robert Cromeans, the Global Artistic Director for Paul Mitchell.

Because of his easygoing, free spirit attitude, Mark specializes in putting his guests at ease and helping them truly enjoy their salon experience. He is multi-talented when it comes to hair but especially shines at cutting, coloring and men's grooming.

Outside of the salon, Mark finds inspiration in yoga, painting and live music, and he enjoys getting outdoors to take advantage of Colorado's wide range of mountain activities.

MARKIE

Markie has been a stylist at Bang Salon for 11 years, with a short break to work at a spa in Hawaii doing wedding hair.

She gains her inspiration to do hair from fashion magazines, current trends and reading. She has expanded her knowledge in hair by attending Bumble and Bumble classes in NYC, Vidal Sassoon in Chicago and other notable courses across the country.

Markie loves to offer her clients full service hair but she is especially talented in wedding styles, from Colorado Casual to Classically elegant. Markie is also and educator for the Bang Salon Advanced Training Program. She describes herself as approachable and friendly and we describe her as AMAZING!!

Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family, DIY home projects and gardening.

NIKI

A Denver native, Niki moved to Chicago for six years after completing Cosmetology School. While there, she received her Advanced Training from a Vidal Sassoon Salon.

Since returning to Denver, she has been a very notable stylist at Bang Salon. Her experience as an editorial stylist for Elite Modeling Agency in Chicago and Donna Baldwin in Denver has been valuable to our Artistic Team and Niki played a large part in creating the current Advanced Training Program for our assistants.

Niki is a very professional and talented hairstylist who is dedicated to her craft. She enjoys getting to know her clients and creating a complete look that works for their lifestyle. She is inspired by everything she loves, including music, movies, nature, history and her friends and family.

When not working, Niki loves spending every free moment with her husband and two boys, traveling, snowboarding and enjoying the arts.

STACY

A Midwestern girl at heart, Stacy will charm her way into everyone's heart within minutes of meeting her. Not only is she fun loving, easy-going and always happy, but she is an extremely talented hairstylist! Just the combination that makes for one very busy person!

Stacy has been working with Bang Salon since the beginning of her career in 2003. Since that time, she has received numerous advanced education courses from Bumble and Bumble, Vidal Sassoon, Wella and much more. She is also an educator on our Advanced Education Team.

Stacy especially loves color and cutting long hair. She is also a perfect choice for your bridal hair, since she has been the hairstylist for numerous weddings all across the country. Stacy stays inspired by fashion magazines, attending cutting and color classes, nature and modern design and architecture.

When she isn't busy doing hair, Stacy loves spending time with her husband Chris, traveling, going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family.

TODD

When asked how long he has been doing hair, Todd will tell you, "Since Bill Clinton was president!" We are happy to say that more than half of those years have been spent at Bang Salon. With a very harmonious personality, Todd is a pro at making all of his clients' look and feel amazing.

Although he enjoys all aspects of hair, he has received advanced training from Nick Arrojo (What Not to Wear) in razor cutting and loves to do complete make over's on clients. Todd draws his inspiration and creativity from his clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys working out at the gym, gardening, snowboarding, painting and spending time with his family and his dog, Tonto.
